Started gutting the NES system as well as an old radio I picked up at the flea market this past Sunday.

Internals of the NES system

Now that I have all the inner parts out that I wont be using, I have to make room for the new electrical components going in.

In order to fit the lithium battery pack as well as some other components, I had to shave off any excess plastic inside the console.  Too bad everything I have to cut can't be soft plastic. Cuts like butter.

Needed some components from this old radio. Took some strategic bartering but I got a deal on it.

They just don't build them like they use to.

The knobs were the finishing touch on this one.  Should have some proper documentation on this piece pretty soon.
